Tugboat - Portsmouth, NH

Portsmouth harbor is an ice-free, deep water channel that's been used for shipping since the 17th century. It handles millions of tons of shipping each year, and some of the vessels which come in and out are quite large. The Moran tugboats, which guide those ships, are a fixture on the downtown Portsmouth waterfront. Last night, I watched one of them return after helping the cargo ship Alice Oldendorff make her way safely out to sea.
