Another chapter in this year's installment of Clergy Appreciation Month is nearly complete. 

As I've often said, this time of year is as busy for The Christian Gift as is Christmas for other retailers. That's a good thing! It means many of you take this opportunity to recognize ministry team members for their dedicated work.

Conveying thanks to them is important - however you do it, whenever you do it, and whether or not you purchase plaques from The Christian Gift to give as a tangible means of recognition. 

Ministry can be a tough job. It involves long hours and a great deal of behind-the-scenes work. If your pastor has a family, the job inevitably impacts them as well. 

Support, encouragement, affirmation - and prayers - are something our ministers can use.
