Let Him Lead You

With all your heart you must trust the Lord and not your own judgment. Always let him lead you, and he will clear the road for you to follow. That passage from the third chapter of Proverbs is a favorite of many. It's paired here with a shot of the Mount Washington (NH) auto road.

Last week, as I was descending from a trip to the summit, I stopped near the base to look more closely at the beautifully contrasting golds of the leaves against the deep blue sky. Lovely!

The White Mountains this time of year serve up such intoxicating, brilliant colors - the landscape never ceases to take my breath away, even though I've spent countless hours up there over the course of many autumns.
