How Sweet to be a Cloud

After an unseasonable mid-May cold snap deposited an overnight dusting of snow earlier this week - and left behind freezing temperatures to wreak havoc on young gardens - the sun popped through late in the day and we were treated to a lovely cloudscape in the eastern sky. I recalled a passage from a book we probably all remember from our childhoods.

So while you walked up and down and wondered if it would rain, Winnie-the-Pooh sang this song:

How sweet to be a Cloud Floating in the blue! Every little cloud. Always sings aloud. "How sweet to be a Cloud Floating in the blue!" It makes him very proud To be a little Cloud.
