Do You Have a Favorite?

When I was a kid in Sunday School, every once in a while the worship leader would open it up for "requests." The lucky child who was called upon could choose the next hymn we'd sing. 

Whenever I was picked to make the selection, I think I went for the same one every time: "Beautiful Savior." 

Funny the things one remembers from childhood. 

I'm working on a few new designs for Musician Appreciation plaques. One of them will feature chimes - so if your church has a chime choir and you've been patiently waiting for me to catch up with you, that one is coming!

In the spirit of my long-ago Sunday School, I thought I'd toss it to you, my friends, and ask if you have any favorites you'd like me to consider incorporating into the design. 

I'm not only looking for hymns or praise music or choral anthems you particularly enjoy, I'm also interested in best-loved Scripture verses which would be appropriate for musicians. The Book of Psalms is full of them, but that's not the only place to find such subject matter.

I welcome suggestions! Some of my long-time customers can vouch for the fact that I've incorporated suggestions into designs over the years.
