Beautiful, wonderful springtime!

The weather can be wild but the brutal bite of winter is behind us. We hold on to our hats, keep the umbrella at the ready, and stand by to receive and appreciate the delights which are ready to spring forth from the earth.

I made this image in one of my gardens. It had been raining lightly all morning; the droplets were clinging to the daylily leaves as if they were jewels. Spectacularly beautiful.
